Seed To Sòl Curriculum

The Seed To Sól Curriculum guides students on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and mindfulness. Designed for elementary through high school, this curriculum helps young people connect with themselves and their community through art, movement, and reflection.

Our Three Pillars

Ground

  • Students learn to be present and grounded in who they are through mindfulness and self-awareness activities.

Bloom

  • With a deeper sense of self, students explore growth, empathy, and creative expression through collaborative art and Emotional Alchemy.

Be

  • The final stage focuses on reflection and integration — helping students apply what they’ve learned, set healthy habits, and carry their growth in all areas of their lives.

Seed To Sól Curriculum helps students cultivate presence, purpose, and possibility — nurturing confidence, creativity, and emotional wellness that lasts beyond the classroom.

Workshop and Events

At Seed to Sól, we believe in the power of creativity, connection, and mindful exploration. Our workshops and community events are designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul—creating spaces where participants can ground, bloom, and become through artistic and holistic practices.
Each experience blends elements of movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. Whether you’re joining us for a one-day retreat, a community art activation, or a themed wellness workshop, you’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself and your community.

Residencies

Seed to Soul creates customized residencies for schools and youth-serving organizations that use creative arts, mindfulness-informed practices, and intentional community-building to support student growth. Each residency is designed in partnership with the school or organization and can be adapted by age group, goals, schedule, student needs, and desired outcomes.

Residencies are offered through two primary pathways: Social-Emotional Learning and Creative Performance. Both pathways center student voice, creative expression, confidence, connection, and meaningful learning experiences.

Social-Emotional Learning Residencies

Social-emotional learning residencies create intentional space for students to explore who they are, how they feel, and how they relate to the people and communities around them. Through mindfulness-informed tools, guided conversation, creative activities, movement, writing, art, and reflection, students build practical skills for self-awareness, communication, emotional expression, confidence, and connection.
These experiences can be facilitated in classrooms, small groups, mentorship spaces, affinity groups, after-school settings, or grade-level programs. Each residency is tailored to the school community and may explore themes such as identity, belonging, leadership, self-expression, healthy relationships, emotional regulation, communication, wellness, and transition.

Creative Performance Residency

Creative performance residencies use the arts as the primary pathway for student growth and expression. Students participate in an immersive creative process—such as movement, dance, spoken word, theater, music, creative writing, or interdisciplinary performance—while developing artistic skills, collaboration, confidence, presence, and their individual creative voices.

The residency builds toward a culminating experience, which may include a live performance, showcase, presentation, exhibition, or community celebration. The final outcome is not simply about putting on a show; it is an opportunity for students to share their process, celebrate their work, and be witnessed by their school and community.
Creative performance residencies can be designed for a single classroom, a selected student cohort, an after-school group, a grade level, or a larger schoolwide experience.

What a residency includes
Each Seed to Soul residency is customized, but may include:
•    Initial planning with school leaders, educators, or program staff to identify goals and student needs.
•    Recurring facilitated sessions designed for the selected student group.
•    Mindfulness-informed reflection and creative arts practices.
•    Age-appropriate activities for elementary, middle, or high school students.
•    Opportunities for youth voice, conversation, skill-building, and community connection.
•    Optional guest artists, working creatives, and community professionals who can offer students real-world insight, encouragement, and exposure to possible creative pathways.
•    A culminating outcome that fits the pathway, such as a student reflection experience, community sharing, keepsake project, showcase, performance, or exhibition.

Designed With Your Community
There is no one-size-fits-all Seed to Soul residency. Some school partners may seek a focused series around student wellness and communication; others may want a mentorship space for a particular student group; others may want to guide young people through the creative process of developing a final performance.

Seed to Soul collaborates with each partner to determine the right structure, session cadence, group size, themes, artistic discipline, and culminating outcome. This makes the residency responsive to your students—not just a pre-set program delivered the same way everywhere.

Staff Wellness and Development

Seed to Soul creates wellness-centered experiences for educators, school staff, and youth-serving professionals who spend their days caring for and guiding others. These offerings are designed to make room for the people behind the work—to feel heard, seen, appreciated, and supported as whole individuals, not only as employees or caregivers.
Through mindfulness-informed practices, creative expression, guided reflection, conversation, and community-building, staff are invited to pause and reconnect with themselves. The work creates space to acknowledge the realities of burnout, stress, transition, and emotional labor while offering accessible tools that can support grounding, self-awareness, restoration, and authentic connection.
This is not counseling or clinical therapy. It is an intentional wellness and professional-learning space that helps staff slow down, reflect on how they are showing up, recognize their strengths, and reconnect with the purpose and care that brought them into the work.

Supporting Educators and Students
Staff wellness is also student support. When educators feel more connected to themselves, their colleagues, and their purpose, they are better positioned to create the trusting, responsive relationships students need.
Seed to Soul offers reflective spaces for staff to explore how identity, culture, communication, and lived experience can shape relationships with students. This work supports a more curious, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach—particularly when staff and students may come from different backgrounds or experiences.

Programming Options
Offerings are customized to each school or organization and may be facilitated as a one-time workshop, staff wellness gathering, retreat, recurring series, or ongoing partnership.
Experiences may include:
•    Mindfulness and grounding practices
•    Creative wellness activities using art, writing, movement, or reflection
•    Facilitated conversations and staff listening spaces
•    Team-building and relationship-centered activities
•    Reflection on culture, identity, communication, and student connection
•    Collaborative programming with aligned wellness practitioners, artists, or community partners

Our Goal
To support the adults who support young people—so staff can show up in their roles with greater clarity, care, confidence, and connection.
